Returns & refunds

In line with OUG 34/2014, you have the right to return products bought from Aromelis within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justifying your decision.

Products must be returned in their original, unused state and in the original packaging.

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the products, into the account used for the payment.
